Warranty Information
Limited Lifetime Warranty: Coverage begins from the original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required; otherwise, XPG may determine the warranty start via the serial number.
Service Process: Submit an RMA request through the reseller or ADATA’s RMA portal. You cover the cost of shipping the defective product to XPG; XPG handles shipping back.
Replacement Policies: XPG may provide a refurbished or equivalent product if the original is unavailable. The defective unit may be disposed of—original units are not returned.
Warranty Exclusions: Damage from improper use, unauthorized repairs, removed or altered serial labels, or standard wear and tear are not covered. Issues involving data stored in memory modules are also excluded.
