It is an external USB adapter that acts as a 7.1‑channel audio interface. You plug it into a USB port, then connect your headset/mic etc. via its 3.5 mm jacks. 
It supports full‑duplex audio (meaning simultaneous input + output), so you can use mic and hear sound at the same time. 
Sampling rates supported are 44.1 kHz and 48 kHz for both playback and recording. 
It has dual stereo outputs: via a TRS green jack and a TRRS black jack. You can plug two separate headsets or share audio. 
It also has dual mono mic inputs, via the pink TRS mic jack and TRRS jack. 
The device is plug‑and‑play, no extra drivers are required. Works with many operating systems including different versions of Windows, Linux, Mac OS etc. 
There are functional buttons / controls: a volume roller to increase/decrease sound, speaker‑mute button, mic‑mute button. 
Cable length from USB to the device (or adapter) is ~ 16 cm (≈ 6.3 in). 
The device is lightweight (~28 g) making it fairly portable. 
It has something called a "vivid shock sound effect" in its spec — likely meaning a DSP or some enhancement / simulated surround feature.
Warranty
Warranty period: 1 year from date of purchase. 
Covered under warranty: manufacturing defects / problems due to how the device was made. 
Not covered: physical damage, water / moisture damage, damage due to heat or misuse, unauthorized modifications / repairs.
