NPAV provides warranty and technical support for its products, including the Parental Control application, under the following conditions:
Authorized Purchase: The product must be purchased from authorized dealers at or above the "Best Buy" price.
Warranty Registration: During installation, customers must enter the purchase invoice number, dealer code, and purchase price.
