User Pack Size: 5 named users (not concurrent).
Installations: Each licensed user may install the software on up to two devices (e.g., desktop and laptop), provided they are the primary user of both.
Usage Scope: Volume licenses are intended for use by employees of the purchasing organization and are not transferable.
🔄 Maintenance & Updates:
Included Maintenance: 12 months of free maintenance from the date of purchase.
Optional Renewal:
At Time of Purchase: 20% of the retail price for 12 months, or 30% for 24 months.
Within 13 Months of Purchase: 25% for 12 months, or 37.5% for 24 months.
After 13 Months: Maintenance can still be extended, but at higher rates.
Post-Maintenance: The license remains valid for any version released during the maintenance period.

Limited Warranty: PDF-XChange Co. does not warrant that the software will meet your requirements or that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free.
Warranty Period: 30 days from receipt of the software or, in the case of electronic supply, that the 'wrapper' in which the software is contained shall be complete and without defect.
